Deliveries

Returns
Returns are not accepted for opened flower or resin products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Defective product on arrival.
- Incorrect item received.
Return procedure:

- Include photos of the product.
- Once accepted, a replacement or refund will be offered.
Returns of products that have been tampered with, used, or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.
Returns submitted late or without valid justification will not be accepted.
